A home designed for the daughter of a returning client, for a young family in a community settlement in Northern Israel. The design was tailored to the family’s needs and daily lifestyle, creating a balance between openness to outdoor spaces and privacy toward the street and neighbors. The living area opens to the backyard and swimming pool, located at the rear of the plot, creating an intimate and pleasant outdoor space. The other façades were designed to maintain privacy while still allowing natural light to enter the interior spaces. The architectural language is modern and clean, incorporating steel slats in the pergolas at the entrance and parking area. Gray-toned brick elements highlight parts of the building envelope, while the entrance is emphasized by uniquely shaped steps that create a distinctive and memorable arrival experience.
